Description:
The TEC 60 Cheetah Series Laser is a high
performance temperature stabilized laser system for the operation of
distributed bragg reflector diode lasers, DBR Lasers. DBR lasers are
tunable diode lasers with a narrow linewidth in the order of 1MHz. Available
wavelength range from 1060nm .. 1080nm. The temperature stabilization of
the diode laser results in an highly stable emission wavelength. Special
input ports for the modulation of Phase and DBR segement of the laser chip are
included within the laser head. Options are high frequency modulation,
anamorphotic beam correction and single mode fiber coupler. Please check
for available wavelength. 
Layout:
We have designed
our TEC 60 Cheetah Laser system for best performance of diode lasers. The output
power is stabilized via a monitor diode and PID regulation of the laser driver.
Since the temperature of the laser system is stabilized in the order of
1mK, variations of the emission wavelength and output power are
extremely low. Due to our experience with external cavity diode lasers, our
Cheetah Laser system offers a nearly diffraction limited beam quality
with M2 values below 2. Custromer specific requests as specifications on beam
diameter, defined focus are honored with each laser system.
Intelligent Laser Controller:
The intelligent, low noise
PilotPC laser controller changes the laser system from just a DBR laser system
to an automated measuring tool for OEM customers. All functions can be operated
via GPIB, USB, or RS232.
