Sacher Lasertechnik developed a family of low noise,
high performance, analog or microprocessor operated laser diode controllers.
  
There are different models available for different
laser diode applications. Two different types of benchtop laser diode
controllers are designed for operating DFB and DBR diodes. A modular laser
diode controller is specially designed for external cavity diode lasers. OEM
customers benefit of the OEM version of the benchtop laser diode controller.
Pilot PC
Benchtop Laser Diode Controller with
GPIB
PilotPC Series: The Pilot PC is
a benchtop, highly precise, low noise, microprocessor operated laser diode
controller. The laser current or the optical output power and the temperature of
the connected laser diode can be precisely regulated. There are two different
versions available, +/-500mA laser current, +/-4A peltier current
and +/-3000mA laser current.

Controller
Pilot OEM Series: The
Pilot OEM is a OEM version of the Pilot PC. It is highly precise, low noise,
microprocessor operated laser diode controller. The laser current or the optical
output power and the temperature of the connected laser diode can be precisely
regulated. There are two different versions available, +/-500mA laser current,
+/-4A peltier current and +/-3000mA laser current.
Pilot PZ Benchtop External Cavity Laser Diode Controller with
GPIB
PilotPZ Series: The Pilot PZ is
a benchtop, highly precise, low noise, microprocessor operated external cavity
laser diode controller. The laser current or the optical output power and the
temperature of the connected laser diode can be precisely regulated. The piezo
actuator can be scanned from 0.1Hz .. 10kHz with an amplitude of -13.6V ...
13.6V. There are two different versions available, +/-500mA laser current, +/-4A
peltier current and +/-3000mA laser current.
Modular Laser Diode Controller
for External Cavity Laser Diodes
MLD Series: The modular laser diode controller is specially designed
for external cavity laser diode systems. The controller consists of a main
frame with several plug-in units for controlling all external cavity
fonctions. These are laser diode current, temperature stabilization, piezo
voltage. Measuring functions like ramp generator, or lockbox are configured ready to use.
