Doppler Background Free Saturated Absorption Spectroscopy Setup for side of fringe stabilization

Description

Absorption spectroscopy is a simple way to probe the real part of the refractive index of atomic species. This setup allows a doppler background free saturated absorption spectroscopy for different reference gases.
Hyperlock Spectroscopy Setup
The Hyperlock Spectroscopy Setup is able to generate a locking error signal on a side of fringe line of atomic reference gas spectra. This error signal stabilize the frequency of the emitted laserradiation in combination with the LB2001 and results in a frequency stabilized narrow linewidth of Sachers lasersystems.

The figure above shows the performance of our HYPERLOCK Spectroskopy Setup in combination with TEC 520. The input power of the laser was extremly redused to get maximun signal contrast. Displayed mesurement above shows the balanced output signal- with this signal it is possible to lock a external cavity lasersystam as well as DFB diodelasers without any drifts depending on powerfluctautions. Mesurement below is the doppler background free saturated laser transmission signal of the monitor diode output.
