TEC-400 Tapered Amplifier Series - Serval

The TEC 400 Tapered Amplifer Diode Laser System is designed for scientists who are working with their own External Cavity Diode Laser Systems. It is easy to use and a simple solution for boothing up the output power of existing laser systems. The optical features are determined by the master laser. We have designed our TEC 400 Tapered Amplifier staight forward. It consists of both side antireflection coated tapered amplifier diode, a two stage collimating optics for the high power optical output, a one stage collimation optics for the in-coupling side of the tapered amplifier and a two axis flex adjustable mirror which provides 90 degree angle change of the in-coming optical beam. From the user side, there is the requirement for a second 90 degree adjustment mirror and the master laser source.

Benefit of AR-Coated diode lasers, System Performance:
Our anti-reflection coated tapered amplifier diode lasers give the laser system the best possible performance.

Single-mode fiber coupling option

Due to the excellent mechanical stability of our Littrow laser system, we are able to perform high efficiency fiber coupling with coupling efficiencies between 40% and 70% into single mode polarization maintaining optical fibers.
